Selling on the Marketplace

I'm very happy to find that my templates have been accepted to the GS marketplace. I've tried contacting MarketSubmissions@Gamesalad.com, but haven't gotten a response in a while, and I had a few questions:

1. How do I know when someone buys my template? Do I get a report, or email, or something?

2. If I get reports, are they monthly?

3. Do I get paid monthly, or every time someone buys my template?

    You will get a monthly report. And if you sold enough they will pay you. If you want to know more details you need contact them directly.

    OK, thanks tenrdrmer. So there's no way to know whether I've sold any?

    And is there a better email? Or do they usually take a while to respond?

    You can try MarketAssets at gamesalad.com but remember it's weekend and probably they will respond on monday.

    They're usually fast at replying but make sure to describe everything properly and equip yourself with a big dose of patience because in some cases they may have troubles understanding what for you may seems simple concepts :(

    Oops, two more questions:

    1. Will I get a report, even if I didn't make any sales?
    2. What is the delay usually like? (I haven't received my report for December yet).

    December reports were delayed by the holiday, but should be out today. They're complete, and we're just doing the accounting pass on them this morning.

    I'll update if there's any changes.

    there is 4 more hours in the Austin Offices Day and 6 more in the California Offices. So to be fair the day is not over. I think there's a hang on the 1000's I have made on the marketplace. They are just double checking they got all my money right cause of how many sales I had. :P

    I actually have no idea how many sales I had. LOL We had a listing sit on popular assets for several weeks in a row. so might have made a few. I was really just being an ass. haha
