Noticed Something Strage with Viewer App!

So I copied (option/command) and actor with a 256 x 256 image in my scene, changed a few of its rules and then ran viewer. Worked fine, but I noticed my image MB did not go up at all even though I was now effectively using the same 256x256 image twice in the scene. I thought maybe it just was not showing up because was only one added use. So I went back into my project and copies the actor another 30 times and then ran the Viewer App. Guess what, my Image MB did not go up at all from when I was just using the image once. This would seem to have to be a bug or glitch because although it only has to load up one image I would think the MB should go up for each time it is used in each actor at the same time. But there was no change at all. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is it a bug in viewer and are the MB really going up and just not showing. Cause if not, this would mean that if your game is amenable to tiling of the same graphics for backgrounds or for platforms, or for other stuff, you could have huge scenes and your MB would stay low except for the minimal increase due to rules contained within the copies actors. I assume this is a bug, but would love more insight into that issue cause if its not a bug, then for my game it will drastically change how I design it and how huge my scenes are. Let me know your thoughts. Thx.
