Dear All,
Im very proud to announce that we are at thermo-apps, are now going to be unveiling 3 new features all for you guys on the gs community, the video below explains everything..

    Whoa... Wait... Are you passing off one of my free templates as your own to sell? You have also completely ripped off Tshirtbooth's GSHelper.com site! Remove anything I have done from your site and promo videos now.

    Oh no ace no no no no, Im not ripping anyone off...
    First of all I'm not selling your template that was just a clip in the video..... I can edit that out,,
    And second of all Tshirtbooth uses a free template that wordpress holds and is usuable by anyone..
    I dont rip people off...... Your clip is out of my promo video right now..... sorry i forgot that the art was yours.....

    Gl with the site but you must make sure it's all your own work unless you have permission.

    @utopiangames What does Gi mean???? and all of the services that i acquire and sell are all made by myself i just put a clip of his template in by accident (I had made a video ages ago, to show ace what id done with it.... found it.... forgot it was aces and posted it in my video)

    Automatic parallax/paralax (Which is an plat former that the background moves when the actor (Ninja) Moves, It has nothing to do with your template.... i wrote the code from scratch

    I would like a copy of the parallax you are selling. It would be very interesting to see the code. You asked me for my parallax template, you got it and put a clip of it on your site without it being changed at all in your promo video and are now selling a parallax template. I release all my fee templates to the community because I like to help out and spread the knowledge, not for people to rip and sell.

    By saying you wrote the template from scratch, did you just copy my code from one project to another? Like I said, it would be interesting to see a comparison between your template and mine.

    i doubt it will be real eased for a while... ill have some different templates up before that....

    "i wrote the code from scratch" - Wrote means you have already done it but now you're saying you haven't written it yet... GSHelper may be a template from Wordpress, I don't know, but you using it, in a website that is similar, albeit no where near as professional or helpful as Tshirt's, may not be illegal but it is stepping on people's toes. I for one will not be helping you in the future because you stole my work and used it in your promo video and I believe you were going to sell it. I imagine Tshirt isn't happy at you either for duplicating his site.

    Mine is based on the camera so is also automatic.

    "I haven't stolen anything..." - My template was in your promo and I have screenshots of it being there, so even though you removed it, I have proof you were using it in a promo that was designed to advertise templates you were selling, one of which was a parallax.

    -I shall change the site, as i did not meen to harm TSB's business as he is a great member of this community...
    However... as for using your template in my promo... i said it was an accident and i explained.. why.... i have removed the promo from youtube which i am told may take 24hrs to do so....

    Unfortunately this thread has been set to sink, so posts will not bump it and people will not see what you did. 280,000 other people do not have an almost identical site's features and offerings to GSHelper.com - I am going to stop posting about it now because all I have said, needs to be said but you just admitted yourself that you were going to use my code by saying "Sorry for saying i wrote the code form scratch."

    I hope you don't mind me being frank (take it as constructive criticism), but if you are aiming to produce promo videos to sell to people it's probably a bad idea to have two tracks that are out of key with each other playing at the same time, it's sounds awful, discordant (I actually had to look to see where the other piece of audio was coming from, thought a pop up must have started on another web page) the fact that one of the tracks was uncleared for your commercial use didn't help either.

    The way the audio cuts dead at 1:17 is not great either.

    And 'Terms and Conditions' sets out the contractual terms and forms a legal obligation, but there are no stated terms, just the dates when you hope to have your products available ?

    Good luck with your project, but I would really steer clear of simply grabbing copyrighted material to use in your commercial products, do badly and publishers of the music won't particularly care, but if one of your videos does well, attracts a lot of attention for one of your clients, they will most probably get a cease and desist order - which will reflect badly on you.

    I think you'll find that in all the time I have been here, all I have done is help people, not pick arguments. I never complain about GS or the creator publicly and this is the first time I have publicly complained about another user and I was well within my right to do so and stick by it.     Sometimes i think these forums have gone badly... because the sole purpose of them is to help and offer services... and occasionally of something is wrong tell the user what is done wrong an dthe user removes his wrong doings... but currently in the forums people keep posting just for the ask eof posting....

    How have they gone badly? I made a quality coded template for FREE for anyone to use and continue to make FREE templates on a regular basis. I get a bunch of emails every single day and help many people daily on Skype and don't ask for a penny. I do however get pissed off when somebody steals my work and sells it/uses it in a promo video/anything else that exploits my work.

    Yes ace you are a very kind and helpful person, but I'm going to repeat again; you can get pissed off al you want.... Because I haven't sold your template.... Wasn't going too,..... Please understand that!!!!!! I posted it in my video by accident!!!!!!!!!!. Please understand me!, you are a great gs user and I did not mean to be offensive it was a simple accident..... And as I have. Said before... Please don't accuse me for something I haven't and wasn't going to do!

    Aww. I hate seeing this stuff. I like both you guys, and you have both been very helpful to the community. Can we just chalk Leonards error to enthusiasm, accept that he made an error and fixed it, and not fight? :(

    Thanks.... I'm gonna keep the promo videos and indents up... but i think ill forget about the templates idea for a while... as for the tutorials ill go ahead with that!!,
    Thanks for your constructive criticism by the way it really helped!! and actually the XX have there song "Intro" in the youtube system and it is allowed to be used in commercial videos with out permission!!
