Reset Scene issue

I have a button where it triggers the reset scene but when its pressed it freezes everything and nothing happens even if i push the menu button. How do i fix this?

    Delete the actor on the scene and put it again

    which actor?

    The actor on the area where you double press the actor it have a lock on it

    Sometimes the actor did not revert to prototype and it will cause this issue
