How do I Copy Scene From One Project To Another, or How Do I Merge Projects

That's the only easy way of doing it.

Spend money with DBA or spend time doing it manually

Copy Rules from one file to another I think. (Not the attributes though)

Actors... I don't think. Just try and see what you get

how accurate are the merges wtih the latest GS? Do they create bugs?

I'm not sure man, I don't really use it sorry.
I don't think there's bugs with new projects though. If there is a bug it's a GS thing.
