no export option under file menu

When click on the file menu there is no export option! Am I doing something wrong? I can't figure out how to save as ".game" instead of ".gameproj". Any ideas?

    You upload from inside gamesalad. No need to export.

    what about UPDATING a game that has already been uploaded? When I tried to upload the game project file I got an error message saying that it hade to be .game, but my version does not seem to have the option of creating a .game file as there is no export choice in the file menu. Should I just upload the new version and title it version 2?
