How big can my scene/image be?

Whats the biggest your scene can be? And whats the maximum size an image imported can be?

    1024x1024 is the biggest size image you can import. And its not the scene size that matters, but the ammount of actors in it.

    If I have resolution independence on, can I import a 2048x2048?

    you can tile images

    I had a 2048x2048 image, and gamesalad would not let me import it, so I tiled it into 4 separate pieces and did imported it just fine.
