Score, lives, play again.... ooh help please

Hi...
I have a game with score so I told it when lives = 0 change scene.
but the problem is when it changes it takes you to the loser or winner and a play again icon is there so when i press play again it goes to scene and come back because the lives are still 0.
So please help what do I have to do
