Hi guys, following my recent post concerning my game running at higher fps on iphone 3gs than my ipod touch 4 - are there any ipod touch 4 owners willing to do a comparrison test with me?
If anyone is willing - I can knock together and upload a test project with a couple of scenes that are knocking down the framerate on my device to see if you are also getting the same fps reading in the viewer.
Or if anyone already has a small project and the fps stats of it running on a ipod touch 4 that they're willing to share I can test my device with that.
I'd really like to get to the bottom of this and rule out it being a faulty device.
Cheers if anyone can help me here....
(ps. running latest xcode, GS 0.9.88, all ipod software up-to-date, ipod is not jailbroken)

Its a game that doesn't require high fps so even if it running lower on my touch I wouldn't be able to tell. The game just uses static images, so could probably run at 12fps without there been any issues!
Really I just want to try and rule out any hardware issues with my ipod now.
