How update preview Thumbnails?

Im sure this has been answered before but how do I update my scene preview thumbnails? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    I'm assuming you mean the screenshots, just go into the scene and hit Preview, then in the top right corner just under where it says HELP, is a small camera icon, click this, and you can save a new screenshot, and also save that scene image as the overall project screenshot too.
