Reset object that dies

When I lose my object and i reset i get one but when i reset it again with the object it spawns more than 1. i only need one object
How can I reset one object that has lived?

    This isn't going to make much sense to anyone. Can you explain in more detail what you mean. Screenshots might help to show what is your "object" etc...

    How do I re spawn an "Object" when the Reset button is pressed
