Change scene behavior not working

Hello,
The simplest part of my game isn't working, and I can't figure out why. It's a simple "Change Scene" behavior inside a "When Touch Is Pressed" rule. That's it. But it either does nothing at all or performs the function of a different button. I've tried deleting the actor and re-doing it, but that didn't help. Has this happened to any of you?

This is probably really stupid to ask but...Could it be that the actor is unlocked so when you make changes it doesn't do anything to that actor?

Like I said, probably really stupid.

No, not stupid at all. But how do I check to see if an actor is locked or unlocked?

Double click on an actor that is in the scene, not in the scrollable area that you create new actors in.
When you double click, it should bring you to that actors edit area. If there is a big lock in front of it, that means it is locked of course. However, if it is unlocked, that means you probably hit the unlock button and then everything you did that change that actor (in the area where you create new actors) won't do anything to it.

If it is unlocked, hit the "revert to Prototype" (or something like that) button near the top.

    Hope this helps.

Alas, that didn't work. Here's another clue: When I start a new scene as a test, the non-functioning actor performs perfectly. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

Issue solved. I deleted the offending scenes and rebuilt them. Now they work.

Process of elimination found it was the 'control camera' command in the current scene stalling the app for me and not permitting the change scene to work.

Not sure if that helps you, but hopefully someone might find this useful.
