Move to - doesnt work on small distances.

HI, this is my problem.
I want my actor1 to move from A to B
for that i use the Move To behavior. And it works fine for long distances, like from move from 100X to 320X. but when i want my object to move a small distance, for example from 200 x to 230 x , then it doesn't move to the position instead it teleports to the new position.
Does anyone know ho to fix this problem???????
