Why won't my actor Rotate?

Hey Guys, I have an actor that is supposed to rotate, it is constrained to another actor and it has the rotate behavior on it, but for some reason it only rotates at the start and then slides along for the rest of the game. Help would be much appreciated.

    Bump, can somebody please help me, once this is done I can release my app, my deadline is Christmas.

    i hope your deadline is for next christmas and not this one as they shut down for the holidays have a good one anyway
