WTF moment -- I lost my whole hour work

This stuff crashed so many times a day. I am using mac book with mac os x 10.6.8
The crash tonight cost me 1 hr of work....WTF
BTW, I really wish there is
1) For loop
2) Array
3) String manipulation
4) Better control on memory access
Also, could someone tell me where is the wiki of the Gamesalad?
I remember there is one in the past and had quite a full text description on function and examples

You should save more often , hit that "command+S" every 5 minutes , i save so often that my fingers already go to those key automatically !

I lost 5 days work … and I saved and back-upped often!
at least you know what you did … and sometimes starting over makes the whole project more efficient!
