Is It possible with pro, to open URL to youtube video and begin playing through the app

Yes it is , but doing this will leave the game , and open the "youtube" app , in order to come back to the game , the player will have to exit the "youtube" app and re-enter the game , so thats a thing to keep in mind before you do this ..

Ok, But is their any way to link it and just start playing through the game,

Currently the open url behavior will always exit the game to view the video

you might consider making a web page that isn't youtube.. embed a video in a browser supported format.. you can open a browser in the app which may not be ideal, but would at least keep the user in your app and see a video..
