Use sound as ringtone

I want to make a soundboard using gamesalad. I am wondering if there is a way that I can make the app so the user can use the sounds on the board as ringtones? If this isn't possible, does anyone know an easy way to do this?

Not capable with GameSalad right now. No other easy way really, other than using another SDK that has this function. Xcode can do it for sure.
