button troubles

I need help getting my pause button to work. I set it up with the "pause game" behavior, yet it does absolutely nothing! Please help!

Iam also having trouble getting my button that makes the ship go right. I have no idea on how to make the ship actually go to the right. I couldn't find any behaviors to help either.

Id recommend heading over to the cook book and running through some tutorials. Im not sure your understanding how it all works.

For example Yo need to place the pause behavior in side a rule. something like

When touch is pressed
--Pause scene

But… You also need to have pause scene built and select the scene you want to load when your pause behavior runs.

I already had both of those done and it still didn't work!

Well I don't mean to sound crazy harsh but you have something set wrong if its not working cause its as simple as a touch is pressed.

tell you what open GameSalad click new and search for pause demo. There is a demo I made while back that shows a pause menu.

what about the thing with the "right" button? I tried looking through tutorials, but they didn't really help. my ship wont even respond when i use the button.
