Put beta web version up for feedback, or put on app store?

Simple question/dilema.

If you have a game that you've spent a good few days/weeks/months working on.

Is it advisable to put a version up on the GS online games page, so as to get some feedback before app release. Or is it a bit risky, as you don't want someone to steal your idea or worse, manage to steal the project by hacking the online version (if that's possible).

I know the idea is not to worry too much, and if it gets stolen hopefull you will still have made it better than they could

Or is it better to get some good GS users, and send them Adhoc versions for beta testing?

Ideally I want my current creation to be as close to brilliant as possible before it makes it onto the app store, as your only on the 'New releases page' once and I want to get some good reviews straight off. So testing testing testing I think is the way forward. It's not finished yet, but I still love the game and not bored of it yet.

The safest approach would be to build the GS Viewer on to as many devices as you have friends who those devices, and then you can directly test the game across the network to those devices. The owner can also play the game from the Recent Games list. That's not completely like an installed app, but the game play would be exactly the same.

It is reasonable easy to hack the online version and get the entire project, to the point that a pirate could submit your game to the store just before you were going to.

Ditto on this: It is very easy to hack the online version and get the entire project, to the point that a pirate could submit your game to the store just before you were going to.
