app in android market is stuck with free options.. can't remove

Anyone know how i can delete an app in the android market? I've deleted them before, but this one sees to be perpetually stuck.
1. i can't find a delete option anywhere (and i've seen other apps offer a delete button, but not thins one.

2. the pay option is locked as "free" with no way to select paid option.

    thanks for confirming that! the real pisser is i can't delete it! I've contacted android market support to see if they can delete the darn thing.
