20MB apps downloadable via 3G

I just found out that Apple and AT&T have raised the 10mb and under limit for 3g users. It is now 20mb and under.
This is good news for many developers. I wonder how it will effect sales for the 10-20mb apps.
I think it happened yesterday, Feb 18th. Sorry if it has already been mentioned in these forums.
