I had about 15 scenes in a project. Closed Game Salad came back an hour later and now there is 2 any way to recover these?

Wow just happened again trying to rebuild the project. This time I just inserted the scenes and saved before programming actions etc, and then closed GS reopened and the scenes were missing. No one else has this happen?

This works perfectly for me. Opened GS 0.8.3, created a dozen scenes (no actors, behaviors, just as you described above), saved, closed GS. Opened GS and everything is there.

I'm wondering if it's possibly a requirements thing. You're using a genuine (non-hackintosh) Intel Mac with Leopard or Snow Leopard, right?

Yep, genuine Intel Mac Leopard. I did have two projects opened one was an example from the community that I was using to reference.

This seems pretty weird. Have you been able to save anything? Let's try (1) open GameSalad, (2) choose New Project, (3) Click the '+' in the lower left corner to add a scene (4) File -> Save As: Scene Save Test, (5) Quit GameSalad.

Open GameSalad and see if you can you can see the scene you added. If so, try adding one (or two or three) scene(s) at a time, saving (to a new file name), then continue until you're done, or something causes the scenes to disappear.

If the original "Scene 1" isn't there upon first opening "Scene Save Test", I'd suggest re-downloading and installing GameSalad.

Scene 1 is there, those are the steps I have been doing now with my project so far so good.
