Need a Template for Multiple High Scores

Does anyone have a template for creating and saving multiple High Scores?
Please don't answer to start Creator and look it up there...cause they are all gone (the Templates).

I'm realy annoyed all the creator ones are gone!!, I used to have one!, I'll have to go looking for it though.... I'll get back to you if I can find it
