Restitution based on speed of collision??

Using the "AI for hockey" demo as a template for my gameplay. But I am finding that no matter how fast you collide the paddle actor with the puck actor, it bounces off the same speed.
Wondering if anyone knows a way to control the restitution of an actor based on how fast something collides with it. Or an entirely better way to handle collisions to make it seem more realistic.
