Screen capture of scenes and logo/art...HELP

How do I screen capture my scenes in GS so that I can upload a few scenes?
What are the sizes?

Hold down the keys:
Shift then CMD then 4 to select an area to shoot

MotherHoose

click the camera icon on the Preview screen {upper L (under the ? )} … and the 'Manage Screenshots:' window pops down
click [ Save… ] and save where you like.

believe the screenShots are the devicePlatform size.
