Help With Game Art

Hey I'm very new to all of this and was looking for some help on how i would go about getting game art done. Im looking for characters similar to the game club world. I don't know where to go to contact someone about getting it done or if there are any websites that have already made characters for sale etc.. If you know or any good websites, people or even if you make game art yourself please help
