uploading to testflight

ok so i made a folder called "Payload" and dragged in the .app file that gamesalad spit out after publishing. then i made it into a .ipa by adding to archive and tried to upload to testflight and got this error "'Invalid IPA: The file is not a valid zip file. Are you sure this is a valid IPA?'" and also do u need a dev account to test with testflight?

    Well i fixed the issue ^ up there but still got this "'Invalid IPA: missing embedded provisioning profile. Are you sure this is an ad hoc?'" any idea?
