Does GameSalad produce html 5 games?

I was told that it might be a good idea to develop my app in html 5 and then 'wrap' it for the different tablets and phones.

Is this what GameSalad does?

You build games in GameSalad and chose your resolution. Lets say you build it in standard iPhone 480x320 res, you could then publish this to iPhone and to HTML5.

You are only allowed a certain size in GameSalad HTML5 publishing. I can't remember what this is offhand, but somewhere around the iPhone screen size, and only in Landscape mode. And it is hosted on GameSalad servers, and you would embed it into a webpage, but you could not wrap it into its own self running program and distribute it around on devices.
