actor growth help

I want this actor to change it's width size. But when i create a rule to change it's size, the actor will grow on both sides. I only want the actor to grow going to the right. Is there anyway I can do this? <--------------I already know how to do this but when the actor is rotated at any given angle except for straight on the x axis, constraining the y-axis becomes an issue because as the actor grows to the right when the actor is not parallel to the x-axis, the actor moves right on an angle

    split your image … import the two halves … constrain the non-growing one X,Y to the growing one. ???

    please post pictures … or more info
