good size for game engine

so I've been test running my game in the GS viewer and my game engine totals between 50-80MB it bounces around. FPS is solid at 30 which I'm happy with...I'm just wondering if the engine total is too high. does anyone have an average engine total?
and
1: how high can that number get before it will crash a phone?
2: is there a way to dump out deleted actor info faster? or is the only way around that memory leak to recycle the same actors rather then deleting?
