HOW TO move from center and rotate from the sides with touch (anyone have this template?)

I hate to do this, and I wouldn't if GS hadn't taken all the good templates out of the creator... But does anyone have this template and be willing to share? Thanks.

Tshirt has a demo that allows you to click an object in the center, and drag it around. If you click the edges, you can rotate the object.
