How do I delete old projects....

All your projects are on your hard drive in a folder usually called GameSalad Games.
They are a bunch of .gameproj files. You can delete them from there.
Unfortunately, they will still appear under your "Recent Games" tab for a while.

Or if you mean the web ones you unfortunately can't as of now. You can only set visibility to off.
