This affects me personally, as I had an app (made with GS) that was taken down. Anyone else here affected by this?

    Wow

First let me just say if this effect you (meaning anyone here) that does suck. And i mean that.
My comment is not aimed at Actswartz... Its just at the endless blogs i see.

I cant help but laugh at how worked up everyone gets about what apple does and how they feel apple controls everything people do.

ITS A PRIVATE BUSINESS. Apple is not the government. They can do what they want, its our choice to be a part of it.

You don't walk into a vegetarian restaurant and yell at the chef because he wont consign your beef jerky. Like apple, its his business. I think its easy to forget this fact since they are so large but they are a business that can make their own rules. Like them or not.

I, for one, was personally getting tired of all the pervy apps showing up in all sorts of places. While this seems a bit drastic on Apple's part, perhaps they could do with giving filters for Apple IDs in the iTunes Store. That way, people who can and do get offended can easily filter out anything that's overly violent or sexual, and the people who don't care can view everything.

If the game are already rated then why not just have an option in your iTunes account that lets you specify the games you want to be exposed to via ratings selection. Parents can set this up for their kids and password lock it out.

Hey look on the bright side. At least Apple is not an equal opportunity app remover. We still got SI Swimsuits. Woohoo.

Screw the porn. I want the damn Mario Sound Board app taken down as I am SOO effing jealous I didn't think of taking the free (but copyrighted) sounds/images from off the net and make a killing off of it before getting sued into oblivion.

However, if the developers of that app are in China, I'm sure they not too worried about it.

I figure that would be their first course of acton but if they (those devs) have made like half a million on it I thought they (Nintendo of America) may go after some damages. Wasn't that app selling for like $1.99 for a bit and then $0.99 with something like 500k downloads?
