Infinite Upload Loop -- Problems with the App Server

Seems there's currently an issue with uploading a project.
I went to publish and my list of projects wouldn't appear (even after leaving it sit for five minutes). So I tried to create a new project, went through all the motions..
I have since been in an infinite loop with the upload bar scrolling, and every couple minutes it asks for my key (I keep permissions for GS on manual).. like the program usually does right before it asks me to save the build to my local drive.

I'm up against a pretty strict deadline.
EDIT: Got it to see my list of projects (which I would really like to pair down -- does anyone know how to do that?) and deliver my App. I must have just caught the server during a reset. You may close this thread.
