iOS App Submission

OK, so I am having problems getting games submitted to the Apple Market. I have no problem at all getting them into the Android Market and into the Amazon Appstore. I just can't seem to figure out how to set up all of the certificates, provisional profiles, distribution profiles, App IDs, Bundle IDs, etc. etc. to get our games into the Apple App store. We would need somebody who would actually go in and set everything up and explain what he is doing and why.
We are looking for a trusted member of the community who of course has done this before. Let me know, thanks!

Create App Id for release (Hit App id from the left hand menu).
Then select Provisioning from the left hand menu, and then on the right, you'll need to click on the Distribution tab.
From here, hit New Profile and fill in the details and use the app id you created above.
Download your profile once created and double click to import into Xcode.
Open GS, select to publish your game and select the app id you have created, downloaded and imported.
Right click the file you get back from GS and select compress.
Then go into iTunes connect and create a new game for submission.
Use Application Loader to submit the file you compressed from above.
EDIT: Ha, seems a lot of people are on the ball today
Yeah I've gone through that to the point where after I submitted the game, it was rejected for Invalid Binary. The reason listed was the Apple ID was invalid.
Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate.
Where am I looking to correct this issue? It seems like everything is in order. The only part I can think of is the
'iPhone Distribution Certificate'... where do you set that up? Isn't that just the certificate I set up in my provisional portal?
