Using a emulated mac with gamesalad.

Hey everyone, im just wondering if i ran a mac setup with virtualbox on my pc, would i be able to use gamesalad with it, and publish to the itunes app store?

    as uptimistik says, but I think the terms(didn't bother to read) says you need to use apple's computer to publish to the app store
