So I logged in today and read this............

In accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, we would like to remind you of the export clause you agreed to as part of the Apple Developer Program.

If you provided us with an Encryption Registration Number (ERN) for any apps sold with encryption in 2011 you are required to file a self-classification report with the U.S. government by February 1, 2012.

You can find instructions on how to file annual self-classification reports at the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security.

So what does that mean? This is my first year with apple?

Don't think you need to worry, it's only aimed at those with encrypted apps (remember when you add an app it askes you if it's encrypted, and we say no since ours arn't) just an reminder to those who do that I would assume.
