Slider to control postion of an actor

I'm working on an interface where I have a slider that I want to control the height of a red bar. I have the slider working from following a couple online tutorials for volume sliders but I can't seem to get it to correctly control the red bar. See the two screens here:
Screen 1 shows the slider and the colored bars. Screen 2 shows the code on the slider so far (from the volume slider tutorial). I'd like it to work like this: When I slide up the slider the red bars height increases and when I slide the slider down the red bars height decreases.
The red bar could either actually slide up from under cover or the height of it can increase directly, I'm not really particular as long as it appears to increase and decrease as the slider is slid.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
