Possible to adjust Display Text's position INSIDE another actor?

I've got an actor that among other things includes a Display Text inside it using the Display Text-behavior.

Problem is I want it set to a certain position inside the actor, but the Display Text-behavior has very few variables I can edit (Text, align, wrap, font, size and color) with regards to this.

Is it even possible to do it this way, or do I from the actor need to spawn a separate Display Text-actor and adjust the position using the Spawn-behavior's variables?

well the only way you can move the text is to try and align it which then would be left/right/central ... so the other way would be to create a totally new actor using display text and constrain it to the original actor including whatever offset you need the text to be at be it the x or y positions.

I tend not to use display text anyway because it doesn't support retina display and seems to look all blurry on my phone, down side with custom text is getting it done and having all the letters etc. ... tshirtbooth however did a really good tutorial with tables though which makes things a lot easier.

Thanks for the suggestion - the tutorial on gshelper.com on how to set it up is great :)

Hi @Danneman101 , something else to try: select Wrap inside actor in the Display Text Behaviour. This will be the type at the top of the actor, left, right or centred depending on choice.

now if you wanted the text further down, just put in returns to give blank lines: i.e:

    "\r"..."\r"..."\r"... etc. until: ..."Your Word"

This way you've a lot of control on where you place your text (mainly if it's a single word).
