Any body seen anything like Pocket Soccer already made here that I can scavenge from?

I am beginning my first attempt here on GS and many of the mechanics I am interested in exist in a game called Pocket Soccer available for android. I was hoping to find something with even the slightest similarity to jump off from. The actors are moved with a flick of the finger in a top down view and collide with each other and the ball and the walls.
