Cracked games

I occasionally find cracked versions of my games online. I know some have said you should feel honored. I'd rather kill... you know, corporately. Is there any recourse? Has anybody reported a problem to Apple and gotten any response?

To be clear, Grail Quest is not mine. Memorcise 2010 is.

I reported one a couple weeks ago (not a GameSalad game), It was using content that was the intellectual property of a major publisher and claiming it as their own (even with a trademark next to a well known character). The rest of the game was stolen from another source. The offender was in China.

I did not get any word from Apple, but the app was pulled the same day.

If it hits the web, it's going to be out of Apple's domain.

    I hate Piracy; I hate SOPA …
overseeing the content on a site is the responsibility of the host … most TOS require a respect of Intellectual Property Rights.

it is up to us to let the HostingSite know of infringement:

    1. you can email Over-Blog.com … which hosts the blog … of notice of copyright infringement
    2. you can email NewMediaget.com which hosts their downloads … …
    3. you can email Capcom … that their Breath of Fire IV is free to download

and, if the piracy occurs on the AppStore … as @RP says Apple Responds with action!

often just a simple email or contact on the sites that violate your rights … will work wonders!
