Any advanced GS tutorials?

Would love to see a nice slow paced tutorial that nuts out all the code and technical stuff, telling you why this does that and why it needs to be coded this way and why it wouldn't work that way.

Explaining differences with similar behaviours like move and accelerate. Bla bla bla.. Nice video tutorial that goes into all that stuff would be awesome.
