Actor won't stay

whenever i have the scrollable screen and a actor in a spot (so i can run into and loose health) the actor image will move and follow the screen, while the actor box(where u place it) will stay in the original spot. Please Help!

    Mate , we don't see what you see , either you explain more the situation , or you upload a video with example , cause i have no idea what you are asking for ..
