iphone and ipod questions and more need help!!

ok so im not a pro yet but if i publish a game then i pro can i switch the game to pro and put it in android and if your not a pro can you still make cash.

2. when publishing to iphone its the same thing as ipod right nobody ever tell people that i think it is but i can be wrong please anser and tyvm for your time

    First off, the free version of GS allows you to publish games for iOS in any format(ipad , iphone, mac store)
    You can make money just by putting a price on your game when you upload to the store.
    The pro version of GS gives you extra features like iAds, URL, IAP...
    Your old game files will not change when you switch to pro.
    And yes ipod / iphone is the same.

    Yes after you are pro you can add pro features to an existing project. Yes you can publish your game to the apple app store with the free version of GS but it does cost $99 to become and Apple developer. Yes the iPhone and iPod based on generation of the model, are basically the same devices, so yes your game published for iPhone is the same for iPod.

    Do you have to spend $99 just to bring out a game or can you just bring it out oh and this might be off topic but how do you publish art to the marketplace on GS.

    2. So I heard people saying that i need a publisher some job that publishes games I live in canada and if I dont have one its against the law is that true it was some thing like that? If you dont understand my question then just say it is fine ill try to explain it more

    1. yes! and for that $99/year you buy the rights to publish your game in iTunes AppStore … and the methods/procedures to do so will be available for you.

    2. you Publish your own games … you do not need someone to do this for you! using an outside publisher is Not necessary
    - and will cost you money or % of your profits.

    Oh ty this goes for the laws in canada right because im scared to bring out a game because i might get thrown into jail lol so i really need to know this but if you say so then it should not be against the law can you show me a website or something to help me to make sure about this because in USA you can bring out any game but in canada there more laws.

    To publish Android you need the pro version of GS.

    I think USA has more laws then Canada, I might be wrong

    And you can publish to the marketplace by sending your files to gamesalad and let them review
