Taking an age to get my Provioning Distribution certificate,am I doing it right?

Ok, so I did this all for my first app, following the wiki how to's and it worked fine.

Now doing my second.

I've requested a provisioning distribution profile, for the app store.

It is still pending, I have refreshed lots over the last 30 mins, still not working.

I'm sure it updated in seconds last time?

any ideas?

Can I approve it my self somewhere.

I've check through this wiki and still not working, maybe apple are being slow?
