What programs EXCEPT for garage band can I use to make music for
My game?

    Anything you like. You can always convert files to ogg or mp3. Most apps cost a lot though. I use reaper for recording and mixing and it's free but it has no editor like garage band. There is also logic and qbase I think but I never used it.
