Anyone have a ToastKitten Angry Birds template or slingshot template to spare? :)

Hey guys,
Since the Gamesalad template server is on the fritz I can't get the ToastKitten Angry Birds template or slingshot template via Creator > New. I've got no idea about the slingshot and all that yummy elasticity stuff. Could somebody please enlighten me or upload their slingshot template please?
Trawled through the forum and can't find much. I could also be a complete noob though.
