should i release a free separate demo? or unlock the full game with in app purchase?

i'm about 30% done with my upcoming game, and i'm not sure which route to take.

i know releasing a free app generates lots of downloads (especially is building a good game), thus providing self promotion, but i was wondering, should i release the app as paid, AND a free separate app (limited levels) or should i just make the full game unlockable through in app purchasing?

    I'm trying out with my new game too using locked stages and IAP to unlock all.
    Hopefully it will get approved soon :p
    Since my previous 4 free games with iAds not really earning anything . :(

    I heard bad things about iAds. :/

    Anyways yea, I'm thinking I might make it in app unlockable.
