Better layer optimization...

Right now, Gamesalad's layering is causing major issues with my game. The actors that are constrained "to" my hero character need to be above the hero actor in the layer stack, otherwise they jitter something awful. The camera is constrained to an actor that sits above the hero in the layer stack. this causes the hero's image to "blip" when the scene is reset. When I move the camera's constraint actor below the hero, the blip is hone, but now the hero jitters like crazy. Is there any way to make layers more flexible, so that you can move anything anywhere, and things will still be cool?
