Change Scene without change selfposition

Hello everybody,

I´ve a question by using the change-scene-behaviour. I am looking for an option to change the scene with an active main-actor by no changing the selfposition of the main-actor (player). Everytime when the main-actor collide the trigger-actor for changing the scene the main-actor move back to the default position. Is it possible to fly on linear position by changing the scene?

    Hi Darren,

    thanks for sending the tutorial! I´m working on a spaceship-game. In the game I want to be by the same cours (y-position) by changing the scenes. So that the first y-position in the follow scene is the same position from the previous scene. The game mechanic looks like the basic shoot em up or an typical arcade game like r-type.

    Yeah use the method in the video with a little tweak, so when you leave the current scene to go to the next change a game real attribute lets call it lastpositionY to self.position.Y and when you go to scene 2 change the self.position.Y to game.lastpositionY.
